Our meditation group meets every first and third Friday of the month at 10.30am- 11.30am, and every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 6.45pm -7.45pm.
The group is an online group and meets via the Zoom App.

We explore different forms of meditation without a direct link to one particular method or stream.
We draw from Taoist, Buddhist and other forms of meditation. Meditation time varies and there is always time to discuss and share your experience afterwards.
