Meditation

Our meditation group meets every Tuesday evening 7.30-8.30pm.
The group is an online group and meets via the Zoom App.

We explore different forms of meditation without a direct link to one particular method or stream, but these meditation often work along the same lines as the Taoist practices of Tai Chi and Qigong.
We draw from Taoist, Buddhist and other forms of meditation. Meditation time varies and there is time to discuss and share your experience afterwards.
