We are pleased to announce the opening of a new in-person class.
The class will take place on Monday evening 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
Upstairs @ The Archive Cafe
Starting on Monday October 18th, you will be introduced to short and long Qigong exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques as well as to the study of Tai Chi principles through individual movements and exercises. At a later point the Tai Chi form will be introduced and studied in detail. Beginners are warmly welcome.
